The Program
Tarsheed Educational Publishing Program aims to publish specialized works in the field of Arab education by supporting authors with new ideas, diverse experiences, and distinctive voices from various contexts, and by enabling them to publish their work and reach a broad Arab readership.
The program includes the publication of books in Arabic, whether completed or in progress, as well as educational booklets that focus on specific themes emerging from workshops, seminars, and conferences. It also encompasses the translation and publication of selected works published in other languages.
Educators and professionals working in the field of education who have authored or translated books, whether completed or in progress, and are seeking a specialized publisher are invited to submit their work to Tarsheed Educational Publications for consideration.
Submission and Acceptance
Sending the initial proposal
Please send your curriculum vitae, including detailed personal information, key professional experience, and publications, to the following email address:

Please also submit a comprehensive summary of the book (500–700 words), indicating whether the manuscript is complete or still in progress, and whether it has been submitted simultaneously to other publishers or institutions.
Proposal Review and Decision
The program’s Publishing Committee will review the initial proposal in line with the publishing plan and will notify you of its decision.
If the proposal is accepted, you will be invited to submit the full manuscript, and a draft of the publishing agreement will be shared with you.
Upon your approval, the manuscript will be submitted for peer review by specialists in the relevant field of education. A final publication decision will be issued within two months of submission.
Publishing and Distribution
If the manuscript is approved for publication, Tarsheed Educational Publications will oversee the editing, proofreading, design, printing, and distribution of the book across the Arab region.
