Teachers’ Professional Practices: Between Theory and Application (Arabic Book)

This book is primarily intended for teachers - whether novice or experienced - and seeks to provide them with opportunities to further develop their pedagogical interventions and teaching practices, both inside and outside the classroom. It serves as a support tool for achieving student success, both educationally and academically, while also contributing to improved school performance and effectiveness within a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. 

The book also supports the development of both theoretical and practical knowledge among the various stakeholders involved in the school context, with the shared goal of improving student learning outcomes and promoting their overall wellbeing. 

It does not attempt to cover all educational concepts that practitioners may need to understand and apply. Rather, it focuses on a selection of core concepts that provide a foundational framework for understanding the broader landscape of teaching and learning. 

In several chapters, the book presents theoretical frameworks and concepts that serve as a foundation for practical, applied teaching practices. It also includes classroom-based examples and experiences drawn from real educational contexts, as well as from direct work with teachers, classroom observations, and interviews. These experiences are not meant to be replicated as fixed models; rather, they are analyzed through a critical and reflective lens to support more effective application, an approach that this book actively promotes. 

The key educational concepts and practices presented, along with practical procedures, also serve as valuable resources for trainers in professional development institutions, educational consultants, and school leaders.
