Manhajiyat April Webinar: "Professional Collaboration Among Teachers"

April 26, 2026
April Webinar

The Manhajiyat magazine held its April 2026 webinar titled:
“Professional Collaboration Among Teachers: Between Initiative and Administrative Planning.”

The webinar focused on three main themes:

1. The impact of educational leadership in fostering collaboration.

2. To what extent does a teacher grow through collaboration?

3. Collaboration as a necessity for building the student.

The session hosted a group of speakers:

Ms. Asia Shehab, Vice Principal of the Primary Stage at an international school-Turkey / Lebanon

Ms. Nada Al-Ashqar, ICT teacher and e-learning trainer-Palestine

Ms. Nojoud Al-Khawaldeh, Arabic subject coordinator at the middle school level-Al-Ahliyyah & Mutran School, Jordan

Ms. Mirna Raslan, Academic Director at Al-Sidra – Qatar / Lebanon

The webinar was moderated by Dr. Lina Al-Qouzi (Lebanon).

The session opened with an introduction to Manhajiyat as a periodic online educational journal dedicated to professionals in the education sector within the social context. The magazine aims to publish enriching and inspiring Arabic and international contributions in various formats and multimedia forms, keep pace with developments in the field, and encourage dialogue that enriches the educational experience in the Arab world- positioning it as a valuable human and knowledge resource for individuals and institutions. The audience was also invited to follow the journal and contribute to its sections.

At the beginning of the discussion on professional collaboration among teachers, it was emphasized that education is no longer an individual effort in light of the rapid changes shaping today’s learning landscape. Professional collaboration has become a fundamental pillar for improving the quality of learning and supporting teachers’ professional growth. Collaboration goes beyond the exchange of ideas; it involves building shared understanding, collective practices, and reflective dialogue that contribute to enhancing student learning and well-being.

When collaboration becomes embedded in school culture, it transforms from an additional task into an authentic daily practice-one that enriches the educational experience and supports sustainability and continuous development.
